Installation and application of the odour fence
There is nothing complicated about installing a deer odour repellent. Simply identify suitable trees, shrubs or poles in the desired area, or purchase and place wooden stakes at approximately 5 m intervals. Then attach the adaptors to the trees, shrubs or poles, into which you place the selected odour fence carrier. Then you just need to inject the selected concentrate into the carrier, which is preceded by purchasing the correct amount of concentrate. Use and maintenance of a scent fence
However, the work does not end with the installation. Deer scarecrows need to be maintained and the scent concentrate reapplied. Therefore, renew the concentrate once every 2-4 weeks.
