The reviews that we publish come exclusively from customers who have actually purchased the reviewed products on our e-shop or in our shop.
How can I review a product I have purchased?
- Each time you order an item from our e-shop, we may send you an email with an opportunity to write a review about the product on our website. You can make a disapproval during the ordering process immediately before the order is shipped.
- We may also contact you by email or phone based on our legitimate interest, unless you have previously disagreed, to see if you are interested in rating a customer experience with a project we have completed that will be posted on our blog.
- Unless you do not consent to receiving an email with a link to insert a review via Heureka.cz. You can give your consent during the ordering process immediately before you submit your order.
How is it ensured that the reviews are not fake?
Only customers who have purchased products on our e-shop or in our store can leave reviews of these products.
We ensure this by:
- Heureka.cz, to whom the information about the purchased product (order) and your name and e-mail are passed. This means that it is technically only possible to enter product reviews for products that you have actually purchased.
- We publish the reviews on our blog. We always check in advance whether it is our customer, for whom we have implemented usually the entire project for which the customer is reviewing. The customer can also comment and review our products and we check whether they have purchased these products from us.
How do we determine which reviews are most important?
In order to determine and prioritize the most important reviews, we analyze all reviews based on various characteristics such as the timeliness, length and usefulness of a given review.
What should I do if I have not been sent a link to a product review?
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the option of contacting us via email at info@pacho-lek.cz, after which a link will be sent to you.
